.Function:
Ensuring the Permit to Work System for construction phase,
Carry out periodic assessment and auditing, to ensure the system effectiveness and its fundamental suitability in practice. Authorized Person for Gas Testing for construction phase. Accountable to phase’s manager on all HSE matter in line with company standards and regulations. Leads and coach the monitoring, auditing and training functions within his department Ensuring the safety of excavation in the project. Ensuring the safety of hot work in the project Ensuring the safety of confined space entry in the project Ensuring the safety of cold work in the project Investigate all incidents resulting in injuries or property damage in addition to near misses, in order to evaluate and determine causes. Conducting training programs in general induction for construction phase & commissioning as well. And Fire prevention among personnel and supervise specific fire and emergency drills for site personal.
Making ID badges for all workforces and controlling the security personnel.
