I am seeking for an electro-mechanical engineering position. I have over 25 years of engineering and managerial experience at national (Cameroon) level and international level and I believe that my profile matches your needs.
I worked as an inspection and control engineer at hydro-electric power stations in Cameroon, overseeing installation, operation, maintenance and repairs. I directed (staff) engineers, designers and technicians in the execution of electro-mechanical engineering related product design and development activities in some major industrial complexes in Cameroon.
I worked in a number managerial position with management responsibility of over 400 hundred staff at the government/ministerial level and in some sectors such as the agro-industrial sector, managing the engineering and production facilities including the sales department.
In addition to my engineering background, I believe that my work experience in Cameroon and missions abroad only give me further, the capacity and the local know-how that is usually required to implement engineering project activities in developing countries. I will bring many years of experience to any interested company and particularly in these development-oriented projects.

Managed and ensured quality supply and control of fresh palm fruit bunches for processing and producing palm oil and kernel for national and foreign markets.
Directed all field service operations and supervised field service technicians. Ensured technical assistance and information is provided to resolve problems with product performance.
Managed a number of over two hundred staff, working with sales, engineering and production services to implement product improvements.
In charged of procurements of Industrial Unit supplies to construct new process facilities, maintain/modify the factory where necessary.

Position: Mechanical Enginerring Workshop Manager, Tiko, Cameroon
Management of different electrical and mechanical units which are set up to maintain, overhaul/upgrade, CDC transport facilities, and production sites (rubber, coffee and palm oil) including farm machinery. With over one hundred staff, the Units included fabrication workshop, machine shop, blacksmith shop, heavy equipment and tractor shops and light vehicles garage.
Monitored construction, outfitting & commissioning activities at fabrication workshop, on site & commissioning, including site management & supervision.

Inspection and Control of the National Petroleum Refinery in Limbe Carried out crack detection, ultrasonic and pressure(hydrostatic) tests on reactors ranging from 9,000 33,000 litres and pressure vessels of various capacities. Prepared pressure test certificates and inspection reports for the reactors and vessels.
General inspection of elemental components for distortion and made recommendations for cleaning and repaires before re-assembly.
Inspection and Control of Lagdo Hydro-Electric Power Station in Garoua Inspection of dam and water turbines, electrical installations. Inspection of technical equipment used for the construction of the dam, staff accomodation and portable water network.
Supervised the construction of extension of Song-Lou Lou Hydro-Electric Power Station from 1984 1986 and prepared technical reports covering the various phases of the project.
Carried out control of electro-mechanical equipment in the Yaounde longterm water supply project. These included water pumps, electric motors, filters of various capacities, pipes of 0 200mm 0 1400mm.
In charged with the control and inpsection of petroleum products, national programmes and installations of water and electrical works in the south and eastern provinces.

Position: Oil Mill Maintenance Engineer Mondoni, Cameroon
Carried out design, planning and supervision on security and water line round the oil mill.
Planned and carried out comprehensive maintenance and repairs on medium pressure steam boilers, pneumatic systems,contrifugal purifiers, compressors, digesters, forklift trucks, tractors, front end loaders and sterilisers.
Designed and constructed a electro-mechanical garage and made procurement of all tools and materials required to equipe the garage.
