Network Development Workpack (southern Water) – In my current role I am responsible for technical management of delivering an extensive programme of Network Development to Southern Water. Network Development Work includes coordination between three contractors Atkins UK office, Clancy Docwra, Wipro & Mouchel Parkman.

Network Development Workpack (southern Water) – Team Leader for Network development team, responsible for producing designs for clean water & wastewater networks, technical assessment of design submissions, optioning, risk assessment & quality management etc. In addition to above responsibility also worked on E-flow internet based application, development to facilitate online submission of Network Development application for Sec 45, Sec 185, Sec 104, Sec 106, Sec 98, Sec 41 & Sec 51 of UK water industry Act. Including this also developed a system for coordinating between different contractors of Southern Water with manuals & guidance notes for future users of the system.
Flow Survey Assessments - Organised & managed flow survey assessments on flow monitors in the Newtown Drainage Area Plan over an eight week period for Severn Trent. I had coordinated between Atkins GDC and an Atkins office in Nottingham. Created spreadsheets and scatter graphs to compare flow and velocities using data provided by site contractors. Enabled cascading of information across the team & hence achieved better performance. In addition to this also developed a quality system for managing quality of the deliverables.
