    • Initiates effective production planning and scheduling with control of materials, machine equipment requirements
    • Develops targets, action plans, and data analyses related to Production.
    • Conducts periodic or special meeting with production and other departments for reports such as department’s long term and short term plans, staffing or manning level, cost and expense budget

    Pertaining to EMS, corporate objects in a monthly basis.

    POSITION: Quality Assurance Foreman (Sept 2003~Aug 2004)
    DUTIES:
    • Develops targets, action plans, and data analyses related to QA.
    • Conducts periodic Performance evaluation of inspectors and QA staff
    • Monitors and evaluates work efficiency output of inspectors
