Objective:

Snapshot:
Plus 3 years of IT infrastructure experience on Large and small Networks involving Microsoft Server family, UNIX based Operating Systems and HP product & its applications. In the current role as Management Tools Specialist (Customer Service Engineer), in International Turnkey System (ITS), Kuwait, responsible for implementation and process design and solution for IT Service Enterprise Management as per ITIL standards, uses Network and Server Management tools (HP OpenView and Microsoft SCOM). Very good knowledge and experience on ITIL.
Technical Expertise:
Well versed in HP OpenView tool suite, Advent Net tool Suite, scripting and Socket & Port programming. Very much familiar with System Programming and Networking.

Role: - Project Manager for Enterprise Management System (HP OpenView and other tools suite deployment and integration).
Infrastructure Size: - 100 + server with different flavor, 50 + Networks devices and 30 + Applications like SQL, Oracle, Web sphere, Web logic, Tibco, EMC, ECC, etc.
Responsibilities:-
• ITIL procedure design and implementation through a tool like HP Service Manager, Advent Net Service Desk, Task Management System etc.
• To make a design for monitoring and reporting and implement the tools to do the same (monitoring and reporting).
• Reporting of server performance w.r.t. H/W, S/W, N/W, transaction and mission critical application.
• Planning for the CMBD and CI naming convention.
• Planning and design of Problem Management, Change Management and Incident management procedure/flow for the clients.
• Trained and orient new team members and organized and coordinated work schedules and meetings.

Infrastructure Size: - 1000 + server with different flavor, 500 + Networks devices and 100 + Applications like SQL, Oracle, Web sphere, Web logic, Tibco, EMC, ECC, etc.
Responsibilities:-
• Tools upgradation and their enhancement.
• To develop programs and scripts to find out a way where HPOV can not reach.
• Reporting of server performance w.r.t H/W, S/W, N/W and transaction.
• Reporting for mission critical application.
• Administration task of HPOV like templates creation, deployment of the templates, SPI configuration, troubleshooting and others.
• Trained and orient new team members and organized and coordinated work schedules and meetings.
• To lead Monitoring and Reporting team.

Key Achievements: -
• Winner of the TFS - TCS business innovation award.
• Implemented Business Intelligence (BI) by using all tools (like OpenView tool suite, CA, Autosys, Service Desk, SMS) in TFS environment which makes a outstanding visibility w.r.t performance and business structure to clients, TCS Managers as well as to the other application teams.
• By using the BI, TFS Management can judge or can take decision for their resource requirements and other aspects of the business.
• Implemented TIBCO SPI, where TIBCO Application is listening to the Virtual IP and placed in clustering environment with concept of HA. HP support engineer has denied implementing TIBCO SPI on Virtual server and providing the solution to HP Engineer so that they can take care in futures.
• Implemented WLSSPI, where Weblogic Application is listening to the Virtual IP and place in clustering environment. HP OpenView support engineer denied
to implementing WLSSPI on Virtual server where the more than one Weblogic Application listening to Virtual IP but running on the same physical server or on
different servers. I had successfully implemented the WLSSPI considering all cases and providing the solution to HP Engineer so that they can take care in
futures.
• Implemented OpenView Performance Insight (OVPI) to provide reporting, which relate the data by location (transaction) and server performance and also provide the incident details w. r. t application. This implementation was completely a different type from the HP recommendation. HP Engineers also appreciated such implementation.
• By using OVPI relation map TFS Management were defining their capacity management.
• Implemented the OV Service Navigator, where the TFS - TCS can see their infrastructure top view to bottom view and also see other details like
incidents, change, SC. And based on that they can justify or make an idea for How, Why, When and Where.
