An experienced project manger with over eighteen years experience in building and civil engineering construction with a strong contracting background in turnkey projects, hospitality, commercial and industrial developments. I hold a bachelors degree in management (majors in Strategic Management, Property Investment and Finance, Enterprise Risk Management and Real Estate & Asset Management) as well as a diploma in building and civil engineering. I have worked as a professional project manager for the past nine years, proving my abilities in team building, change management, quality assurance, cost control & risk management.
I am currently the project manager for the 31 storey, 440 key, 5 star Sofitel Hotel and 25 storey, 350 key, 4 star Crowne Plaza Hotel in Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai , UAE.

o JBR Sofitel Hotel
- Client: Dubai Properties / Abu Dhabi National Hotels
- Value: AED 180m
- 440 Key 5 star hotel (G+31), part of the Jumeirah Beach Residence project. Replaced outgoing project manager once structure had topped out. Project expected to be complete in May 2009.
o Mace Centre of Excellence for Hotels
- Currently part of the Mace Centre of Excellence team for hotels.
