| Objective and Resume Summary: |
|
Arrangement design (giving full structure calculation and necessary drawing sheets and details for different kinds of buildings).
Organize and supervise structural engineer to perform engineering assignments.
Full coordination the structural drawing with architectural and MEP drawing
Provide the structural concept design for the projects under study to determine the estimation caste.
Preparation of activity list, duration estimates, logic sequence, project time schedule and progress curves.
Preparation of project cost baseline (budget) and resource requirements
Preparation and distribution of all project weekly, monthly and quarterly progress and cost reports.
Scope monitoring and control to identify corrective actions and change requests
Preparation of Variation orders in conjunction with contract department
Project close out including historical records such as productivity and lessons learned
Preparation of Feasibility studies.
Experienced in Quantity surveying works.
Ability to prevent / deal with problems and give the most suitable preventive / corrective action as needed.
Preparing / checking “tender, shop and as-built drawings and other tender documents.
Design experience for High Rise building.
Steel Structural design experience.
