Looking after a group of Projects being executed by Tebodin in Oman. These include Occidental Mukhaizna (OXY), Oman Gas Company (OGC) and Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). The job involves interaction with clients, technical and financial accountability, delivery of engineering packages as per schedule, vendor engineering evaluation , construction related issues and completion of EPC milestones. The duties cover all the major engineering disciplines working for the projects e.g. Process, Mechanical, Electrical, C&A, Civil, Pipelines, Telecom. The current projects in progress are worth over $ 1 billion with engineeing fee of about $ 65 million.
Project Technical Manager ORC IPMF Project, Muscat Dec 2004 - Jun 2007

Handled Oman Refinery Expansion & Isomerization Project executed by CCC Oman Llc. It was $ 400 million LSTK contract involving up-gradation of Refinery from 85,000 bpd to 106,000 bpd covering various units like CDU, NHTU, NSU, SWS, KMU and a new UOP Penex unit of 300,000 TPA capacity. The job involved review of FEED package, basic & detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of plant. My duties included full engineering responsibility for the revamped Refinery and the Penex unit up to the pre-commissioning stage.

Prepared the complete Engineering Document for S-1 Sands Platform Project involving oil & gas collection from 12 wellhead platforms and the interconnecting oil/gas lines. I coordinated tender preparation for various topside facilities for structural, piping, drilling and gas compression requirements for ONGC platforms in Bombay High. Also handled EPC as well as PMC type projects and supervised the work up to commissioning of various miscellaneous facilities in the offshore field.
