Al-Hassan is one of the biggest contracting company in Oman. I’ve joined as the Project Manager on a Waste Water Treatment project of capacity 80 MLD being executed in Al-Seeb, Muscat. Being the Project Manager, am heading the project and overall in-charge of the project.
a. Name of the Project: Al-Seeb Waste Water Treatment Project & Allied Works.

c. Client: M/s. HAYA (Under the Ministry of Water, Oman)
d. Cost of the Project: R.O. 19 Million (USD 70 Million).
2. Parsons International Limited, Dubai, UAE (September 06 – June 09):
Parsons is one of the largest Project Management & Engineering companies in world having more than 14000 employees around the world and offices allover the world. As the Resident Engineer, I am deputed on a luxury villas & infrastructure project containing the high end living villa construction & all the utilities (water, sanitary, storm, electrical, telephone, irrigation, vacuum sewer, LPG and district cooling), 11 KV Substations, pedestrian and causeway bridge, retaining walls, landscaping work and a vast network of roads. Apart of construction supervision my job includes to handle the project management issues, attending progress meetings, co-ordination meetings and technical meetings, preparation of specifications and Contract Document, checking and approving of shop drawings, approving of construction method statements, technical review of material submittals, preparing the particular specifications for the works, preparing variations orders (for non-BOQ items), approval of field adjustments and ensuring the construction strictly as per the drawings and specifications. The job also includes to liaison with different government authorities like DEWA and JAFZA for getting necessary approvals for the works. Am leading a team of 15 technical staff (including engineers, supervision inspectors, material engineer, lab technicians and other office staff).

3. Saudi Consulting Services, PO.Box-5423, Al- Khafji site, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (From May, 2004 to August, 06):
The biggest project management & engineering company in Saudi Arabia, having more than 2000 employees and offices allover Saudi Arabia & Cairo. As a Sr. Project Engineer, I was deputed at Al-Khafji site. The responsibility included assisting in the preparation of specifications and Contract Document, the overall construction supervision & to review contract design & shop drawing of G + 11 buildings & infrastructure project and the EPC contract include sewage treatment plant, 3 nos. pumping stations. To check the design, as per the scope of work, modification/redesigning of layout, process design, technical review of material submittals submitted by contractor (s), construction supervision, to approve the Field Adjustments and the method statements for the construction activities. To co-ordinate the site activities with the EPC contractor and its sub-contractor. Ensure the construction work is being done strictly as per the ARAMCO rules & regulations and participation in the weekly progress meetings.
a. Name of the Project : Khafji Master Plan Project, funded by Khafji Joint Operations, a JV Company of ARAMCO & Kuwait Gulf Oil Company.
b. Cost of the Project : SR 280 million (USD 75 Million)
4. WaterDoc Purification Systems, Mumbai (April 2001 to May 2004), Mumbai:
A fast growing ISO 9001 construction company in the field of industrial construction, infrastructure, water and waste water treatment projects that has executed over 100 projects on turnkey basis in India for various government/semigovernment/PSU`s/private sector organizations.

Job Responsibilities :
1. Prepare the bid documents and do costing for tenders, take part in pre-bid meetings.
2. To monitor the construction and electro-mechanical activities and ensure that the things are going as per the time schedule and scheduled budget.
3. Co-ordinate various issues related to project supervision.
4. Approve and finalize the general arrangement drawings for the project in the initial stage of the project.

5. Aireff Detox Incineration Ltd. (December 1995 to March 2001), Thane:
The company is amongst the few companies in the country executing turnkey and EPC projects in India in the field of infrastructure, water & waste water management and industrial type of construction.
Position held : Assistant Manager – Construction
Job Responsibilities :
1. Deputed at site as site-in-charge and responsible for all construction works.
2. To guide the team of junior engineers and foremen and allocate the work to them.
3. Daily work planning and project execution at site, civil and electro-mechanical activities and ensure that the things are going as per the time schedule and scheduled budget.

6. M/s. Unitech Ltd., (June 94 to December 95) Mumbai:
The company is one of the biggest real state and construction company in New Delhi and having project sites allover India and executed more than 250 housing projects. Undersigned was deputed at West End site, Mumbai. The Project had 42 buildings (Ground + 3 and Ground + 4), a club house, a school, marketing complex, parks and interconnecting road network.
