• Management of the development projects (applying the “V” cycle: Development, Integration, Test - embedded SW for mobiles) with a strong IT component, confided by the France-based “Front Office” teams.
• Responsible for the projects’ fulfilment and success. Entrusted with the planning of teams’ schedule and the recruitment of local and internationally out-sourced employees.
• Prospecting local clients and supervisor of responses to call for tenders.
Results: EBITA of 75K€, for a Total Revenue of 675K€, that is 11% for the Fiscal Year 2008 (start-up).
2001 – 2008 Black Box France – subsidiary of Black Box Corp., American company rated on NASDAQ stock market, leader of designing, building and maintaining data and voice infrastructure systems. Manpower: 4300 employees. Total Revenue: 1 B$.
2007 - 2008 Telephony over IP Coordination Manager
• Definition and deployment of the technical & sales strategy focused on customer value added services such as data and voice networking and Telephony over IP.
• Market opportunity analysis in order to offer ToIP and SIP compatible products.
Results: Successfully testing and integrating the equipment, together with several VoIP Telcos, at SIP interface level. Launching the commercial offer and targeting business opportunities.
2002 – 2007 Technical and Sales Manager
• Opportunity analysis and deployment of the Black Box’s European strategy, focused on the implementation of installation and maintenance services for data and voice networks.
• Management, planning and co-ordination of on-site surveys and complex installation projects. Statement agreements and negotiation of SOW with sub-contactors.
