At this moment I work like checker Instruments and control systems engineer at „SKEMA TOZZI” company in Ravenna, Italy.
I`m involved in the experimental project, an artifical island created in Caspian see.
The project comprise a combination of both offshore and onshore processing facilities, oil and gas processing, located along the Caspian Coast on the North-Easter n Area and export trunklines.
At „Skema Tozzi”, I check the project of all HVAC systems which will be implemented in ITR, LER, HVAC Room, LV Emergency Room, HV Emergency Room, Transformer Room, MCC and Battery Room.
Before I’ve worked, at ENI Tecnomare, in Milan Italy, for six months at the same project, like checker instrument and control design engineer.
My work has included verifying and modifying in case of: P&ID`s, Field Instrument Data Sheets, Hook-up Drawings, MTO, I/O list data base, C&E Diagrams, Panel Termination Diagrams and Instrument UPS Distribution Block Diagrams for Logistic Support Area, Located in the offshore land. For to check all these documents I have needed to now the client`s general specification requirements for the instruments, base on the applicable standards, the Fire & Gas detection, Emergency Shut Down & Depressurisation Philosophy, comply with client’s general specification,
Beginning with April 2006 up to January 2008 I have worked at INITEC-Technical Reunidas-Madrid Spain like Instruments and control system design unit engineer.
This company has achieved gas plants projects EPCM for Hawyah-Saudi Arabia.
In this company I was the head of a design Instrumentation team composed by two instrument engineers and two designers. I was responsible for the design project of two plants: A Gas Treatment plant (GT6) and a Thermal Oxidizer.
My work was the following:
- to verify the P&IDs regarding the instruments control loops (the control loops caring the signals through the Foundation Fieldbus) and instruments interlocking system (using analog/digital hart protocol signals).
-to take part into HAZOP meetings.
-to establish the segregation of the smart field instruments per Foundation fieldbus segments.
-to create the I/O list module F&G/ESD/DCS.
-to calculate the voltage drop on each segment (Segments validation)
-to segregate the field hart protocol instruments into analog/digital junction boxes.
-to emplace the JBs into layout sketches, ensuring the guide line for the designers.
-to create the field instruments data sheets in Smart Plant Instrumentation software.
-to verify the graphic display sketches of the plant, issued by the other two engineers, necessary for the F&G/ESD/DSC vendor.
-to verify the C&E diagrams accomplished by the other two engineers, before to be issued, necessary for the F&G/ESD/DSC vendor.
My objective is to work with a well nown company with big prestige to be satisfied technicaly and financialy.
