• Responsibilities: Finding Sub Contractors, getting quotations, negotiate contracts, prepare tenders, placing contract (2 versions Romanian -English)/placing purchase order, maintaining good relations with subcontractors, raise possible variations-additional works , making and verify payments valuations for subcontractors, claims, different measurement, estimate, prepare bill of quantity, forecast the quantity and the cost, cash-flow, payment certificate, final account statement, monitoring the cost of the works.
• Achievements: I have been involved in a 60 million euro project of a Commercial Center from first step to delivery, and for the moment working on a 80 million euro residential project.
