Gentlemen,
I have taken the permission to propose to you, my collaboration as Civil Engineer for various fields of activity (roads, bridges, railways etc), as Road Engineer, Bridge (Structural) Engineer, Materials Engineer, or Design Engineer, for which I have an extensively experience.
I graduate the Technical University of Civil Engineering in 1990, with maximum qualificative, specialized in Railways, Roads (Motorways) and Bridges, getting the professional Diploma in Civil Engineering.
After I graduated, I occupied only jobs directly linked with my specialization. Thus, I have been implied in various projects, as Road, Bridge, Railways, Structural Engineer, or Geotechnical road engineer, in design, operation, supervision and quality control, contract administration.
Actually, I’ve just close a railway supervision project in Croatia and I am interested for another job assignment in the construction supervision activity.
I have a good state of health, enthusiastic and well organized, open to acquire a new exciting professional experience.

19 years extensively experience within a various infrastructure projects, as contracting, design and consulting supervision activities.
He build his career as different positions as design engineer (structures, bridges, roads etc) and supervision of works within a vary institutions or international engineering companies operating worldwide.
He has a deep knowledge of FIDIC rules of contract (Red and Yellow Books) as well as of the main international supervision practices and standards acquired in different projects.
He is fully aware of the European Commission procedures and rules as he has taken part in different EC-funded projects in Romania and different infrastructure projects in Africa.
Main fields of experience are:
- higways, bridges and railways, design and consulting supervision,
- project manager for design of infrastructures projects,
- works Tender evaluation,
- setting out and cost estimates,
- materials expertise,
- contract management, including under FIDIC rules,
- management of multidisciplinary and multicultural supervising engineering teams.
