IT Specialist for Tivoli at IBM Spain.
In 2006 as Voice Consultant for IBM`s Lab-based Services organization. For Speech recognition SW, WebSphere Voice Server and embeded ViaVoice.
From 2007 and on as ISST - IBM SW Services for Tivoli.
Working with Tivoli - Netcool products (Netcool Proviso, Omnibus, Webtop, Impact), TADDM – Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager (now included as discovery engine of IBM`s Ccmdb), Tnsqm – Tivoli Netcool Service Quality Manager and TCIM – Tivoli Compliance Insight Manager.
. SW group Lab leader in Seville, for customer dedicated solutions.
. Worked on projects for important customers, TCIM on Endesa, Tivoli Netcool Omnibus and Webtop on Produban (Santander group) and TADDM on "Junta de Castilla y León" and Iberdrola (Scotish Power – Glasgow).
. Pre-sales work making proposals for Netcool-Proviso and TADDM deliveries. Also helping on the requirements analysis and communications between customers (like Telefonica and Arsys) and IBM SW group international teams.
SW Eng. - Speech programmer on “IBM`s Worlwide Speech Recognition Research & Development group”
Working on daily basis with collleagues from the US, Germany, England, France, Italy and Egipt on different areas as for example building acoustics models, language models, grammars or testing IBM Speech Recognition products: ViaVoice, WebSphere Voice Server (WVS) y embeded ViaVoice.
. PM on initial phase of the brazilian-portuguese for telephony, WVS.
. Test leader of all european languages develeped for the telephony on AIX platform.
. PM, inventor and programmer of an internal solution for the functional automatic testing of the telephony platform (WVS). Stil in use by the IBM US Speech group.
. Teacher and mentor of new IBMers on the IBM`s Speech Recognition tecnologies.
. Lab administrator, managing our IT infrastructure. AIX, Sun, Linux, and Windows servers, and SSA disks storage.
