At presently i working as a Restaurant Manager ,Coconut Restaurant -kambala hospitality pvt ltd ,mumbai.i finished one year diploma hotel management & catering technology. i have past 10 years experience in hotel industry.my job profile is greetings ,handling the guest complaints, as well as staff requirements,to achieve the target(budget)+more sales, upselling food&beverege,Briefing (check menu knowledge ,availability/non availability,vip arraivals,discuss the guest complaints,should not happent again,and grooming for staff,maintaining the inventary (cutlery/crockery/glassware and linen),follow up the guest complaints.follow up the telecalls like guest anniverary/birthday gift, maintaining the team in proper manner, communicate with other departments,check properly , there was no philgirimage on the outlets , over all important duty is guest satisfaction, happiness and achieve the target,motivate the stafftraining, working under pressure .i am sending my resume,along with this, please find the attachments.
