Effective and efficient receptionist with good interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial network abilities in making customer meet their satisfaction.

    To ensure all guest are provided with a warm welcome upon arrival and farewell upon departure.
    To allocate guest rooms upon guest arrival.
    Ensure to attend to guests’ needs in a timely manner; handle complaints efficiently;
    Ensuring to listen carefully, apologize for the inconvenience, describe the action to be taken and follow up immediately.

    To maintain records and daily activity report on logbook.
    Responsible for performing the Check-in and Check-out Procedure as per standard.
    To be fully aware of the hotel services and facilities in order to promote them.
    Responsible for handling reservation procedure and matters when said section is closed.
    Ensure knowledge of hotel deposit and credit policies.
    Ensure all charges are correctly posted to the guests bills.
    Handle cash drawer properly and verify cash float balance, at the beginning and end of each shift, is correct.
    To carry out special duties which are assigned by Head of Departments.
    Ensure that Front Office area is clean, tidy and presentable to guests.
