12 years in Customer Service - Tech Support areas, ranging from PC`s (Acer, Toshiba, Alienware) to Servers (Hewlett-Packard). On this last field, I have experience with all the Proliant Servers main line and the Blade product line. I also have some basic knowledge on SAN storage devices.
