    Serving as a Lecturer in the Department of English, Prime University since 17November 2006.

    Additional Duties:
    1. Acting as the Chairman of the Department of English since December 2006.

    Key Responsibilities
    Supervise work of the faculty members and staffs of the department and ensure that they accomplish tasks on deadline
    V Ensure that proper and adequate security arrangements have been made for the office
    V Ensure that the maintenance work of the office is done properly and on a routine basis
    V Ensure that maintenance of all office equipment is done properly
    V Ensure that all files are kept properly in the file room
    V Ensure that all personal files are updated and all records relating to qualifications records, promotion, salary increment, training, statement of confidentiality, code of ethics compliance documentation, records of caution of disciplinary action etc. Are kept in the files as per PU rules
    V Ensure proper logistics and utilities for smooth functioning of the department
    V Ensure that the Course Secretary manages the students and the guardians courteously and professionally with care.
    V Maintain a complete inventory of all office assets, equipment, furniture etc with serial number and model number etc
    V Ensure strict compliance of the rules of code of ethics by all individuals of the department
    V Assist the Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Science
    V Assist the procurement process of the departmental utensils
    V Appraise the performance of faculty members/staffs of the department and recommend annual increments and performance bonus to the Pro VC
    V Ensure that appointed employees fill out the prescribed application form providing all necessary references and information. It is also to be ensured that the part of the form is duly filled intended for the office administration
    V Ensure that all part-time professors from public universities attend classes and take examinations duly and report it to the Pro VC and Deans through chairman.
    V Arranging meeting of the faculty members
    V Moderation of question papers contacting the external professors before all midterm and semester final examinations
    V Giving list of essential books in each semester to the library section for procurement to run the academic activities smoothly

    2. Member Secretary, Prime University Centre for Research, HRD and Publications

    Key Responsibilities
    V Holding meeting of the centre.
    V Preparing proposals for research and publications
    V Contacting members of the editorial board for the smooth publications of the journal

    3. Member Secretary, Prime University Debating Club

    Key Responsibilities
    V Preparing yearly activities, budget etc of the debating club
    V Motivating students to participate in debate
    V Arranging inter-departmental debate competitions
