1. I have worked for seven months in Web Developing Company as a Web Developer.
2. During my Msc Software Engineering Course I have done a real life project at a resort named Veranda, Mauritius for one year. The objectives for the IT Support Systems are as follows :
Keep records for booking devices, error report, and backup of data, hotel contact details, and Staff contact details and cost for error report.
The online system will provide access for the hotel staff to perform certain activities like wise:
o Contact the staff from the headquarter
o Book a device from the IT support department
o Send error report to the IT support department
o Get respond from the IT support staff
o Show the availability of devices
Allocate task to the IT staff for dealing with the error report from a specific hotel
3. Presently, I am working as a Mathematics and Computing Educator in a college from 2007.
