About the project: It is a R&M project to which yokogawa has provided the control & instrumentation package. It is a thermal power station capable of producing 110MW power. The project has two units, each capable of producing 110MW power.
Roles and Responsibilities:
My work involves:
- Yokogawa DCS (cs3000) Design, Logic Generation & Graphics Generation for OLCS scheme which includes Electrical Breakers & Soot Blowers of 110MW plant.
- Conducted staging & project software installation for target machines.
- Successful completion of the FAT.
- Project conversion from UNIT #1 to UNIT #2 using Engineering Tool under guidance.
Tools used: DCS (cs3000), PLC (Prosafe-RS).
2. NTPC-FGUTPS (2X210MW) R & M Project- UNIT #1 & UNIT #2,
Team size: 8
Consultants: National Thermal Power Corporation, Noida.
End User: Feroz Gandhi Unit Thermal Power Station.
About the project:
Roles and Responsibilities: It is a R&M project to which yokogawa has provided the control & instrumentation package. It is a thermal power station capable of producing 210MW power. The project has two units, each capable of producing 210MW power.
My work involves:
- Conducted staging & project software installation for target machines.
- Yokogawa DCS (cs3000) Design, Logic Generation & Graphics Generation for OLCS scheme which includes HT drives (FD fan, PA fan, ID fan, BFP, ACW).
- Involved in the generation of DI chattering.
- Involved in the Mod Bus Communication test & PRM (Plant Resource Management).
- Successful completion of the FAT.
Tools used: DSC-CS3000.
3. NTPC-RhSTPS (2X510MW) R & M Project- UNIT #1 & UNIT #2,
Team size: 8
Consultants: National Thermal Power Corporation, Noida.
End User: Rihand Super Thermal Power Station.
About the project:

My work involves:
- Conducted staging & project software installation for target machines.
- Logic & graphics generation of Even triggered, Time triggered & On-demand Log Reports.
- Involved in the PRM (Plant Resource Management) test.
- Successful completion of the FAT.
Tools used: DSC-CS3000 & SEBOL (Sequence & Batch Oriented Language).
