I had worked in Alestra as a Technical Field support Engineer, giving 5ESS, MFOS (Multi Functional Operation System) and SCP support.Some of the activities I did:
· Implementation of software for the Office Depend Data (Call simulator with interoffice interaction including Intelligent Network) for Routing, Recent Change, and database corruption. Based on C++ Language.
·Debugging Signaling: SS7 Link growth, protocol analysis and errors, QPH’s, R2 and interworking problems. Intelligent Network: ETSI INAP analysis, Software Updates, SCP database (Tables and Accounts), Traffic Measurement. MFOS: system administrator, Software Troubleshooting, administration programs.Achievements:
·Start Long Distance Network, supporting, debugging before and after offerings services.· Cleaning system errors, offering always best quality services.
·Developing Software (base on C++) for debugging problems in Routing Database. Receiving an award.
