Preparation of the pipeline engineering studies, in order to Control the ASR pipeline project (12’’, 10’’, 08’’, api standard 1104, api 5l line pipe specifications, x52 and X42) in the western region of Algeria (Arzew petroleum area, Sidi Belabes city and Remchi (Tlemcen city) over than 168,08 Kms) by the determination of the demand pressures, and to see if the kinds of the pumps proposed are the ideal choice.

Establishment of the engineering pipeline projects and verifying the data engineering of the actual project of the pipelines (12’’, 10’’, 08’’):
Arzew (Oran city) – Sidi Bel Abbes city: 84.88 Kms, 12’’, thickness 9.52 mm, api standard 1104,api 5l line pipe specifications, x52 and X42.
Sidi Bel Abbes city – Sidi Abdullah (Tlemcen city): 56.27 Kms, 10’’, thickness 6.4 mm, api standard 1104,api 5l line pipe specifications, x52 and X42.
Sidi Abdullah (Tlemcen city) – Remchi (Tlemcen city):26.93 Kms, 08’’, Thickness 5.6 mm, api standard 1104, api 5l line pipe specifications, x52 and X42.
The engineering pipeline calculations: Hydrodynamic calculations for this project, by using DARCY Theorem, and Bernoulli theorem also.
Verifying by calculations, if the kinds of pipelines existed in the studies, are the ideal economic choice for this project.
Inspecting the different steps of reparation of the pipelines (12’’- X46, 10’’- X46, 08’’- X46), in the storage petroleum area in the eastern region of Algeria (Setif city), after detecting some of petroleum products under the ground, where we used during this inspection a visual control, and hydrostatic testing, also we verified the external protection details (primer, KRAFT paper…)
Verifying the feasibility of the two water pipelines and piping projects (carbon iron pipes 100 mm, 80 mm and PVC pipes 100 mm, 80 mm, 40 mm) in Tissemsilt city, and the region of FRENDA (the western region of Algeria), and looking if the costs of piping materials as valves, bends, tees… and the technical methods proposed in the cost copybooks are respected, in order to orient the general manager to any eventual decision.
Preparing under technical team of the mechanical department of SONATRACH company the costs copybooks of the different technical projects in order to repair tanks and pipelines like Ghardaia city petroleum project (09 vertical Tanks and 1000 m of pipes)-south region of Algeria, Skikda city petroleum project (protection of 08 vertical Tanks and construction of 650 m – environ- of water pipes)- East region of Algeria, M’sila city petroleum project (03 Tanks x 5000 m3 of petroleum products and 01 x 100 m3 of water and 350 m of pipes).
Controlling the pipes (04 ’’) after detecting corrosion caused by ionized water, and horizontal reservoirs by the hydraulic methods, in In-Salah petroleum region area (south region of Algeria).
Inspecting the water pipes 50m (03’’ and 04’’), to establish the engineering studies to replace and protect a section of the existing pipes (reparation and welding operations) in Tiaret city petroleum area (west region of Algeria)/Sonatrach company.
