I`m working as an BSS engineer operation and maintenance (back office) of BSC/TRC/RBS of equipements ERICSSON,so my main fonctions are:
-New BSC integration and acceptance
-Rehoming of BSC and BTS
-Update the work orders database ans statistics
-execution of WO`s from differents departments(RF,BSS Eng.....)
-Open and follow CSR to differents vendors
-implement the required ACA upgrades
-performe thje backups of nodes (APG,CP)
-follow and handle the differents reports :DCR,KPI`s.....Etc
I`m also worked in a Front Office surveillance role monitoring an Ericsson based 2&3G networks (NodeB, RNC) and Supervise network alarms for both equipments E///&siemens and solve them,also my first experience in GSM field was as an supervisor of installation and maintenance of equipments GSM for the vendors Alcatel,siemens,ericsson

-3G BSS Front Office Surveillance, WCDMA OSS experience, Good knowledge of 3G networks and UTRAN nodes(Node-B & RNC),Handling, Report.
