Planning & Methods:
- Experienced in the implementation of the Maximo Cmms (computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Development of the preventive maintenance plan (PM, Job Plans, Number of Labors & hours) of a new project of Gas Compression and Re-injection.
- Integrating the new Equipments, JP and PM for all project equipment into the Cmms (maximo).
- Review instrument maintenance Job Plan procedures (Job Plans generally contain tasks, along with lists of estimated labor, materials, and tools required for the work).
- Participates in the preparation of daily work programs for all repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance. Review the start dates of the present and schedule future maintenance to be carried out by the instrumentation section.
- Receives incoming work requests, checks for completeness, allocate numbers, and checks in the field the defined job in coordination with Operations Supervisors. Determines detailed requirements for manpower skill levels, estimated man hours, material, and special support services such as scaffolds, cranes, forklifts, etc
- Follows up on the execution of maintenance schedules, coordinating as necessary with operations and engineering supervisors. And ensures that all repair work is carried out according to the job plan.
- Follows up daily scheduled maintenance works to ensure that maintenance tasks are timely executed as per specified schedules and receives feedback on work progress from supervisor and updates backlog. Highlights and reports abnormal activities to supervisor for further clarification and follow-up.
- Reviews work priorities with concerned operations supervisor in relation to backlog work, preventive/predictive maintenance tasks and manpower/resource availability. Follows up with Materials on the availability of spare parts.
- Work order generation & DTR (Desktop Requisitions) creation for buying spare parts.
- Preparation of weekly reports and safety meetings.
- Familiar with the creation of MAXIMO reports using Actuate7.
- Ability to read and properly interpret P&ID, Instrument data sheets, process control and logic descriptions, Boolean logic diagrams etc.
- Support the effort to continue developing my knowledge and skills, and provides the tools necessary to perform at optimum levels and accountability for individual and team results
