•Supervisor Shutdown: During the shutdown I supervise all tasks about internal inspection and Hydro test for static equipment (Vessels; Column; heater, exchangers and Cooling Tube).
•Assisted and coordinated with specialist GE for turbine MS5001/5002 Gas turbine (CI; CI+ and MI).
•Assisted and coordinated with specialist Dresser Rand for Centrifugal Compressor (Partial/ Complete Overhaul).
•Pre Commissioning/ Commissioning:
During the construction a new CPF in our Oil Complex, I participle in the Pre Commissioning.
-Mechanical Punch list (Valves/check Valve/PSV’s…..) and the position of each equipment further to PID.
-Flushing Lube Oil piping (Inlet/Outlet) for rotary machines (Gas Turbine/Compressors/Pumps…)
-Water test for Piping and all Static equipment (Vessel/Column…..)
-Air test for instrumentation piping.
-Alignment checking for rotary machines.
-Start up test for utility unite (Pressure discharge checking and Flow)
-Preparation for Start up test
-Start up test (Checking all Parameters) checking
•Start up:
-Start up further to Starting Procedure Gas Turbine
-Pressure discharge Checking for Lube Oil pump and Ratchet Pump
-Difference pressure for Lube Oil filter
-Inlet pressure in all bearing checking
