B. 2002 – 2003 Production & Installation supervisor in Piluwa Khola Small Hydropower project 3 MW.
Job handled: Drawing drafting of Penstock pipe, IP Bend pipe, Bell mouth & Preparation of IP bend drawings, Bell mouth other metal fabrication works.
Installation of Penstock pipe (3 Km), bell mouth, Expansion joints, Bifurcation joint, Gates, Trash rack, also involving the installation of Turbine Generator at power house with Germany Company WKV.
C. April, 2004 – April, 2005 Site In-charge in Chaku Khola Small Hydropower Project, Sindhupalchowk.(1.5 MW)
Installation of Penstock pipe (150 M) in 23˚ & 47˚ vertical slope, Bifurcation joint & penstock saddle support.
Installation of Trash racks, Intake gates, Flushing gates, & Fore bay Penstock inlet gate, (Driving system gear box & winch drum system)
Involving the Installation of Turbine generator & switch yard division work with Chinese Technician.
D. March, 2005 to June, 2005 Site In-charge for Installation of Indrawati Truss Girder Bridge Span 45 M. (Motor able Bridge).
E. July 2005 to till date I have working as a design draughting related to Roof truss, hydropower components Gates, Trash rack, stoplog frame, Expansion joints, Penstock bend pipes, development of steel pipe sections, grating frames and others steel structural works.
