    Onshore Support Team Responsibilities:
    • To Coordinatinate onshore support and liaison on behalf of the offshore certification team.
    • Providing engineering review and manual inputs related to technical certification and efficiency.
    • Development and implementation of the database, technical support, and strategies for high availability, scalability, and archive and recovery.
    • Client needs analysis and reports for hook-up shutdown.

    10.07 – 04.08 Responsibilities:

    Offshore certification and database expert on PCWU/DUQ installation. Creating packs, downloading drawings from Documentum and creating procedure for Basic-Functions completion. Managing information within WinPCS. Coordinating the Construction / Commissioning interface. Coordinating Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping and telecoms systems within completion procedure. Participating in discipline mechanical completions. Day to day operation and control of the mechanical completion database and system completion records. Control of change to the completions management database in line with project change control procedures. Compilation and verification of mechanical completion handover packages in line with agreed system of handover schedule. Ensuring mechanical completion data, documentation and handover are in accordance with project procedures. Adherence to all applicable site/project safety procedures and active participation in all company/project safety initiatives. Status reporting of completions progress as required by the project.
    • Creating DMCC/BMFC packs for dossiers
    • Adding/Deletion/Changing engineering objects in database
    • Monitoring of completed and outstanding items
    • Skyline progress updating/distribution
    • Backup of all information in database

    12.03 – 10.07 McDermott Caspian Contractors Inc., Position: Planner B (professional level 2), Completion Dept. CA/WA/EA/DUQ Topsides projects

    Responsibilities:
    Behaviour of updating and information archiving for more suitable access to necessity information. Carrying in information about work done and occupation basically with system updates.
    • Adding new engineering objects in PIMS
    • Adding new cables in PIMS due the drawings as requested and updating due to income information.
    • Certification & Completion System Handover Dossier for Commissioning Handover
     Familiarizing with the procedures of issuing, collecting and updating the MC (Mechanical Completion) & PC (Pre-Commissioning) & Inputting data.
     Setting up the Check sheets within PIMS;
     Pipe Spools input/update
     Issuing the Check sheets.
     Completing ITR, DMCC
     Creating LUN; Punch List; RFCC
     Printing the different types of reports ( MC & PC Check sheets) and dispatch if any
     Create MC & PC Dossier
     Scan and save electronically all necessary documents
     Handing over of MC & PC Check sheets
     Collection of Check sheets ( each properly signed check sheet is stamped with the Date of Receipt
     Updating of Check sheet into PIMS, updating of punch list items
     Check items have been completed and the inspection result is satisfactory
     Filling of MC PC Check sheets ( in ascending order of Check sheets number)
     Deletion of Tags and Non- Applicable Check sheets
     Clearance of Punch list items
     Handover of all Commissioning Packages and disciplines
     Archiving


    04.05 – 12.06 Air Company Lufthansa (Part Time), Agent

    Responsibilities:
    Check-In Passengers to their destinations, customs/Immigration Formalities, Automated and Manual Check-In Systems, Dangerous Goods, operations of Airport Terminals, Arrivals/Departures, knowing; airport codes, air routes, airline schedules, airfares and fare rules, introduction to airline ticketing, basic PNR entries, building PNR's, Pictures/Guide Check-in programs managing, booking flight segments, fares and ticketing, shop for lowest fares. Airport customer Service Agent/Check-In Agent, Ticket Agent, Airline Passenger Agent, Airline Reservationists (Characteristics: working under pressure, stress)


    11.03 – 12.03 Hotel Aqua Park (Novhani), General Manager Assistant

    Responsibilities:
    Report directly to the General Manager and responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of the resort. A strong focus on customer service and departmental controls was a keys for success in this position. Oversees the daily operation of all resort departments including, but not limited to: front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. Produces relevant weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as directed by the Resort Manager. Hires, trains, develops, disciplines, terminates resort staff.
