Experience 1 (Recent): From August 2007 to till date.

Designation: Engineer (O&M).
Responsibility:
1. To work in O&M (First Level Maintenance ,Corrective and Preventive) in 243 BTS (SIEMENS) sites with PDH link of Banglalink in Dhaka, Narayangonj, Munshigonj, and Narshingdi Zone.
2. To ensure the sound operation of ELTEK and Emerson and Shaft rectifier systems
Lead & manage 8 teams (6 CM and 2 PM teams round the clock) of a pool of engineers and technicians and guide them to monitor, maintain and trouble shooting for successful completion of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance in the sites.
3. To remain in on-call duty round the clock and attend all the Critical Corrective Maintenance TTs issued by Banglalink.
4. To submit weekly and monthly technical report and present high level presentation to customer and explain the network problems.
5. Make sound decision during crisis and inform/escalate the serious issues to the proper authority.
