Job description : As a Dimensional survey engineer
My daily duties and Responsibilities are as follows.
Sit coordinator for block erection in Integration Dimension check for block & give the information to sit supervisor for place the block in right position during integration.
Solve the problem timing of Block Erection in Integration and assembly, to control Alignment of ship and Dimension keep in Tolerance.
Alignment, Dimension check and position mark for mechanical instrument, Pump, Trustier, Jackets on Barge in onshore and offshore as per drawing.
Dimension, Alignment & level check for block. Sub-block in Integration & Assembly. Prepare reports in AutoCAD and submit to top management and main conductor to maintain the good quality.
Communicate with main conductor and sub-conductor in assembly and Integration to maintain the Alignment and Dimension of Ship with in Tolerance.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently & Positive working attitude.
Responsible for the checking of dimensions, levelness, verticality, flatness, etc.
