Seeking a Challenging Position in Industrial supervisor/Air-Condition and Refrigeration Technician
Summary of Qualifications
More than six years experience.
Thorough knowledge of the principles of air-conditioning and refrigeration; of the practices and techniques used in the installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC equipment and systems.
Deep knowledge of refrigerant types, environmental impact, and gas reclamation procedures and equipment.
Knowledge of basic mathematics including area, volume, and weights and proportions.
Good working knowledge of steam fitting, and the electrical trades as they pertain to HVAC systems.
Good skill in the installation, repair and maintenance of commercial or industrial HVAC equipment and systems.
Profound skill in the use and maintenance of tools and equipment of the trade; in welding, brazing, soldering etc.,
Ability in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Strong ability to read and understand manufacturer's recommendations regarding scheduled and preventive maintenance, servicing and operation;
Ability to understand reports; to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (in English); to work in, on, around, over and under fixed equipment and machinery.
Immense ability to concurrently manipulate multiple controls on machinery or equipment; to work in hazardous or irritating environments, confined spaces, and adverse weather or temperature conditions.
Test buildings for indoor air quality.
Help prepare graphic drawings.
Replace or repair electrical wiring, motors, pumps, and other integrated parts of air-conditioning/heating, refrigeration, or heat pump equipment or systems; replace compressors, condensers, and other equipment as needed; install, calibrates, maintain, and adjust electronic or pneumatic control systems or devices.
Fair knowledge on computer (e-mail & internet)
Possess driving license (Gulf)
