Having Chemical Engineering Degree , with 17 Years Production / Process Experiencess in Cement Industry and 6 Years as Lime Kiln Plant Manager, looking for Cement / Lime Production / Process / SHE job opportunity.

I would like to apply for position as “ Cement Production Manager / Senior Engineer ” or “ Lime Kiln Plant Manager “ which is suited to my Production, Process, Safety, Health and Environmental experiences in some Cement – Lime Industries in Indonesia.
I have 17 years production / process working experiences in some Cement Companies in Indonesia, as :
> PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa , Heidelberg Group Indonesia ,
> PT. Semen Bosowa Maros Sulawesi , Indonesia.
Have in depth knowledge with Dry Process Integrated Cement Plant, Rotary Kiln Operation, Oil / Coal Firing / Grinding System, Preheater / Precalciner Single and Double String System, Satellite / Grate Cooler System and Horizontal Grinding Ball / Vertical Roller System .
Good knowledge with Raw Meal Preparation Analysis , Clinker Burning Process Characteristics , Flame Technology , Kiln Heat and Mass Balance Analysis and Kiln - Mill Performance Audit Philosophy .
Good knowledge and experiences with Cement Equipment Manufacturer as well as:
Krupp Polysius ( French ) , KHD Humbolt Wedag ( Germany ) , FL Smidth ( Denmark ) , Kawasaki Heavy Industry ( Japan ) and Fuller International Inc ( USA ).
Right now, I have been working for PT Mahaka Industry Perdana , as Lime Kiln Plant Manager at Grasberg Mining PT Freeport Mc MoRan Indonesia , since August 2002 .

-Operation, Maintenance and Administration Activity.
-Responsible for KPI Plant Targets ( Safety, Environmental, People, Productivity and Cost ) .
-Plant Modification, Capital Expenditure ( CAPEX ) Targets.
-Developed and Implemented Plant Site : Risk Management Action Plan , Emergency Procedure Evacuation Systems , Accident / Incident Investigation Systems, Safety Health & Environment Promotions / Awareness Program ,
Qualifications :
- Active as Indonesian Cement & Concrete Institute ( ICCI ) Instructor .
- Middle – Top SHE ( Safety ,Health & Environmental ) Operational Supervisory , By Department Energy and Mineral Resources
( DEMR ) Indonesian Ministry .
- Environmental ISO 14001 License Certificate.
Have good knowledge regarding International Procedure Standard System as :
- Quality ISO 9001 System Standard ;
- Environmental ISO 14001 System Standard .
- Safety & Health NOSA Five Star Standard, and
- Continuous Improvement Management System .
>Full Graduated from Gadjah Mada University Indonesia, majoring in Chemical Engineering
(Passed in 1984), and
>Master in Business Administration from GS Fame Institute Indonesia (Passed 1992) .
