Almost (7) years experience as Process Engineer in oil and gas industries especially in upstream oil & gas projects, both on shore and off shore. Having experience in process engineering design, conceptual design, feasibility study, FEED and detail engineering in on shore and off shore overseas oil and gas projects. Having experience as Facility/Process Engineer in Operation Engineering Team. The experience includes the following duties:
1.Prepare conceptual design, basic engineering, technical preparation for bid and detail engineering either on shore and off shore oil & gas projects
2.Prepare Simulation Mass & Heat balance, Hydraulic pipeline and PSV Network, Heat Exchanger, Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P & ID).
3.Prepare basis of design, Process engineering design, calculation & sizing (topside facilities, wellhead platform, central processing platform, dew point control system, glycol dehydration unit, H2S & CO2 removal unit, well testing, line sizing, vessel, pump, heat exchanger, utilities, etc), Process Datasheet, Mechanical and Instrument data sheet, SAFE CHART, control philosophy, operating manual, start up procedure.
4.Steady state pipeline hydraulic simulation (using Pipeline software).
5.Prepare Flare relief, blowdown, radiation and dispersion calculation / report.
6.Preparation of engineering deliverables includes study report, specification, data sheets,
7.Design fire water distribution system & fire fighting facilities
8.HAZOPS Facilitator for small projects. HAZOPS participant, reviewer and evaluation for big project.
9.Production, Operation, Field, Construction, Commissioning & Start up for oil & gas project
10.Prepare AFE Package (Authorization for Expenditure), request for quotation of vendor package, prepare technical bid Analysis of vendor package.
11.Familiar with Oil & Gas Standard and Code (API, ASME, NFPA, GPSA, ISA, DnV).
12.Familiar with Oil Company Standard and Specification such as: ConocoPhillips, Chevron, Total, Shell, Petronas, CNOOC |
