Functional Skill Set
Maintenance Operations
Supervising and carrying out scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance, over hauling, alterations, repairs and essential duties.
Monitoring the functioning of all machinery.
Monitoring the smooth, safe, secure, maintenance of building, all engineering Systems and equipment in the hotel, Renovation and up gradation of property & engineering equipments.
To ensure adherence to all statutory requirements such as Sewage Treatment plants, incinerator etc
Conducting machinery surveys to keep the vessel fit from the view of classification society & insurance.
Equipment handled includes blowers, air dryers, pressure vessels, hydraulic cranes and other hydraulic and pneumatic equipments.
Overhauling of major pumps, diesel engine units & all other machinery.
Preparing machinery performance reports, inventory reports, survey reports, overhauling reports and various checklists required.
Sourcing Management
Developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships to maximize corporation`s profitability and improve quality.
Reviews and analyzes project specifications, drawings and blue prints.
Conduct supplier audits.
Participate on new product teams.
Support the sourcing of outsourced services.
Develop transition of new parts or products to Operations.
Leverage other locations to reduce material cost.
Store Management
• Facilitate demand-generating activities like giving schemes, holding dealer meets customer meets etc.
• After sales service and sales of spare parts from automobile sector
• Stock planning of spare parts
• Manage the spare parts operations on the branch.

Resource Planning & Management
Directing the development and implementation of key procurement strategies / contingency plans and ensuring that strategies & plans are aligned with assignment requirements.
Formulating budgets for timely procurement of bulk raw materials and Capital Equipments to ensure smooth execution of maintenance operations.
Ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve cost savings.
Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries.
Manpower Management
Scheduling the daily operations and deployment of personnel on priority basis.
Looking after personnel matters of all Plant Room/Engine Room Crew and Subordinate Officers.
Working on succession planning of the workforce, shift management activities, appraising the subordinate’s performance & providing feedback.
Resolving interpersonal issues & working towards a harmonious work environment.
