| Objective and Resume Summary: |
|
To gain further exposure and experience in plant operation and trouble shooting.
Plants Worked (at Tata Chemicals Ltd. India)with
Natural Gas conditioning (including pressure reduction, filtration, heating) and distribution to Gas Turbine, Heat recovery Units, Service Boiler and ammonia plant.
Gas turbine (BHEL) 2x20 MW with mark-IV control system, consisting 17 stage axial flow compressor, reverse flow type combustion system with 14 combustion chambers. Dual fuel system Natural gas and Naphtha.
HRSG 2x 90 TPH KS productions with supplementary firing by Naphtha and NG fuel. Forced recirculation of drum water. Vertical flow of turbine exhaust with dry and wet operation mode.
Service boiler (thomsan Babcock) 1 x 110 TPH KS production with NG and Naphtha fuel in two stages.
Raw water system for the plant consisting 7x300 M3 capacity bore wells with single distribution ring header and the potable water system for the plant as well as township consisting of pressure sand filter.
DM Plant 3x150 M3/Hr capacity including PSF,WAC,SAC,WBA,SBA,PCC and CO2 stripping in degasser tower.Borewell water, DM water and polish water distribution. . Unit regeneration and effluent management Chemical storage (32% HCl and 50% NaOH) and handling.
Cooling tower (Induced draft cross flow) of 12000+24000 M3/Hr circulation rate consisting 5+3 motor operated(1.0 MW) pumps each of capacity 6000 M3/Hr.PSF for turbidity control and chemical dosing.
Instrument air/service air system with 2x3909 NM3/Hr capacity centrifugal and 2200 NM3/Hr capacity reciprocating compressor.
Nitrogen generation plant (BHPV) of 600 NM3/Hr gaseous N2 generation with 2X50 M3 capacity nitrogen storage vessel.(Dew point- -100°C and O2-≤5 ppm).Refrigeration system ,MS tower and atmospheric vaporizer.
Ammonia storage and refrigeration system consisting 2x5000KL capacity double walled, double integrity, suspended deck storage tank. Refrigeration unit with 4x1280 Kg/Hr capacity screw compressor, heating and transfer system with 4x50 M3/Hr capacity transfer pumps.

Naphtha bulk storage tank and handling system including 2x6300 KL capacity raw Naphtha and 1x6300 KL capacity sweet Naphtha storage tank and transfer system. Naphtha rack and tankers unloading to tanks. Naphtha transfer from day tanks (2x200 KL) to Boiler, HRSG and Ammonia plant.
Process condensate treatment and recycling to the plants consisting of distillation tower, hydrolyser over head condenser and plate heat exchanger. (Quality: Nh3≤5ppm and urea≤5ppm).
Waste water treatment and disposal system consisting Stripper, Oil skimmer ,2x20000 M3 Guard ponds and 2x20000 M3 evaporation pond, waste water neutralization.Effulent discharge to horticulture and Rain water Harvesting system.
Main flare system and Ammonia storage flare system
Plants Worked (at Siuci, Oman) With:
Natural Gas conditioning (including Mercury Absorption, pressure reduction,filteration , heating and Gas Compression )and distribution to Gas Turbine, Heat recovery Units, Auxiliary Boiler and ammonia plant .
Gas turbine (Hitachi H-25) 2x25 MW with mark-VI control system consisting 17 stage axial flow compressor. Combustion system with 18 combustion chambers with low NOx combustors. .
HRSG 2x75 TPH MS production with supplementary firing by NG. Natural recirculation of drum water .Horizontal flow of turbine exhaust with bypass stack for turbine exhaust.
Sea water supply system with 4X16000M3/Hr discharge flow (driver motor of 2.3 MW) including electro chlorination unit generating 90 M3/Hr sodium Hypo Chlorite solution. Sea water distribution system.
Desalination plant (Weir Entropie) (Multi effect distillation with thermal vapor compressor) 2x (90+18) TPH production with potable and service water system. Antifoam, scale inhibitor and dechlorinator dosing in sea water .Potable water chemicals dosing. Desalinated water/Service water/ potable water distribution.
DM plant 2x350 M3/Hr capacity with SAC, SBA, MB Polisher. Unit regeneration and effluent management. Polish water and DM water distribution. Chemical storage (98.5% H2SO4 and 50% NaOH) and handling.
Closed cooling water system of 24000 M3/Hr capacity including two steam turbine operated pumps and one motor operated pump(1.1 MW each) each of capacity 14000M3/Hr .Essential cooling water including steam turbine and motor operated pumps(1600M3/Hr) and induced draft emergency cooling tower(1600M3/Hr recirculation rate).
Instrument air system (1900 NM3/Hr capacity) with (1+1) x2200 NM3/Hr capacity two stage screw compressor. Instrument air buffer hold up 30 minutes consumption.
Nitrogen generation plant (Air Liquide, Japan) of 500 NM3/Hr gaseous N2 generation with 1X70 M3 capacity nitrogen storage tank.(Dew point- -100°C and O2-≤5 ppm). Refrigeration system, MS tower and atmospheric vaporizer 2) x1500NM3/Hr capacity.
Ammonia storage and handling system consisting 10000KL capacity double walled, double integrity , suspended deck storage tank. Refrigeration with 2x (645+125) Kg/Hr capacity screw compressor, heating and transfer system with 2x125 M3/Hr capacity.
Fire water system consisting 10000M3 capacity storage tank 2x600M3/Hr capacity diesel driven and 2x600M3/Hr capacity motor driven fire water pumps and (1+1)x50 M3/Hr capacity jockey pumps.
Main flare system and Ammonia storage flare system.

Ensure all work be carried out in accordance with HSE rules and regulations.
SOP preparation for the various activities.
Supervise, monitor and control the safe and efficient operations
Coordinate maintenance and shutdown requirements.
Troubleshoots problems or abnormal occurrences and advice on most suitable remedy.
Developing and reviewing maintenance and inspection plans
Supervise the timely preparation of a variety of activity reports and documentation
Maintain product quality, Controlling wastage and maintain good house keeping
Achieving production targets by Optimal utilization of resources
