I am a researcher and lecturer in mechanical engineering.
I have a master of science in engineering from Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden). The master program consists of full time one year study courses and a master thesis.
My master thesis was about designing of the outlet part of airplane engine. It was carried out at Volvo Aero Company (Sweden).
I did a project work with SAAB (Swedish Air Space) company (Sweden).
I finished my PhD degree at Lund University of Technology (LTH), Mechanical Eng. Dept., Division of Fluid Mechanics (Sweden) on 2005-04-12.
The PhD is about designing of boilers.
The PhD includes numerical modeling of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, two-phase flow, turbulence modeling, turbulent combustion, CFD (Computational fluid dynamics), chemical kinetics, etc.
I developed a CFD code (written in FORTRAN) to be able to simulate the complete structure of the boiler.
The main advisor was Prof. Xue-Song Bai (at Division of Fluid Mechanics, Dept. of Heat and Power Engineering, Lund University, 221 00 Lund, Sweden).
The co-advisor was Dr. Lixin Tao (at TPS Termiska Processer AB, Studsvik, S 611 82, Nyköping, Sweden).
