OBJECTIVE:
To be Known as the excellent teacher amongst the student community and helps them to know their strengths and weakness and to drive them to achieve greater heights and to make them a better Citizens
KEY SKILLS:
Develops written course outlines and course materials.
Delivers courses, supervises, instructs and trains a diverse population of students in a classroom, lab setting and/or different sites.
Set and execute examination schedules; Evaluates knowledge of subject matter taught and monitors students` scholastic records; Prepares and grades exams.
Develops and enhances knowledge of subject matter taught and individual training skills required to remain current with new trends and developments in the field and to promote the capabilities of teaching and learning through attendance of conferences, courses, seminars, and/or workshops.
Maintains office hours to assist and advise students.
Supervises students` projects and performs research.
Engage in the academic life of the college by participating in District wide and campus committees.
Carries out administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Dean

2. Title : Effect of combustion chamber geometry in a Direct Injection Diesel Engine with neat vegetable oils.

1. Attended a Three Day workshop on “Teaching Evaluation through Microteaching” held at VIT University, Vellore.
2. Attended an one day workshop on “Quality in Engineering Education” held at Rajalaksmi Engineering College, Chennai.
3. Attended an one day workshop on “Ethical and Moral values in life and management” held at Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai.
FDP’s ORGANISED:
1. Organised a three day workshop on “Soft skills and Microteaching” for the newly joined faculties at Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai.
2. Organised a Twelve day FDP on “Heat and Mass Transfer” for the faculties of Anna University at Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai.

Strengths:
Taking Classes in such a way that even the poor Students understanding the concepts.
Teaching Concepts through Mind Mapping & memory movies for improving the memory of the students.
Using live models such as Balloons, Ball, Car, etc for the FUN Learning.
Taking Students to the Lab to understand the theory Concepts in the case of necessity
Telling Puzzles, motivating stories, interviewing techniques in the daily classes.
Conducting the regular tests
Identifying the poor students and continuously monitoring them
Encouraging the Students who started doing well
Assigning the week students to the good students to teach them during free periods.
Asking the students to do the problem and helping to identify their weakness.
Students absent for the previous class will be made to cover the missed portions by teaching them during lunch or assigning some other students to teach.
Giving solved University Question papers to the class.
Having the previous academic record of each student and know their positives and negatives.
Helping the students even out of the classroom
