I have more than 15 yrs experience in process engineering for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals,
and Polymer areas both main process plant as well as offsite and utilities. I have worked on Front
End Engineering as well as Detail Engineering projects; have developed basic engineering packages
for process plants and offsite and utilities, done de-bottlenecking studies and residual engineering
work. I have also actively participated in hazard analysis and HAZOP studies. I have used process
simulation software ChemCAD 3.0, HYSIS and Pipeline Simulation Software PipeSim, Pipephase
and TGNET. PDO Shell approved HAZOP Leader, conducted various Design Review and HAZOPs.

for Detailed Design of 150000BPD Occidental Mukhaizna Full Facility Development EPC
Project (one of the largest Enhanced Oil Recovery projects in the world, estimated project
cost 300 Million USD) consisting of 2 Satellite Stations and one Central Processing Facility
utilising Steam Assisted Production of Heavy Crude Oil, work involved verification of FED,
Firming up of Design Basis and Operating Control and Safeguarding Philosophy for the
complete plant, Verification of Process Model and Heat and Mass Balance, Updating of
Process Datasheets for Procurement and Vendor Data Review, Vendor Coordination / Design
