Designing:
I had carried out design of Pressure vessel, reactors, Storage tanks with respect to ASME, API and IS for M/s Chempro Expertise Pvt. Ltd. , a sister concern to Chempro Inspection Pvt.Ltd. Vessels were either with internal and external pressure conditions, limpeted or jacketed. All design calculation done manually and then cross checked with softwares. A number of road tanker bullets also designed by me according SMPV rules under the approval of Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur. I had undertaken design and drawing checking for various equipments according to codes/ standards and fabrication, inspection point of view. As a design engineer I was reporting to directors of firm who were chartered engineers and competent persons.
Design exposure coupled with inspection and fabrication experience will be an added advantage and hence I can master any new assignments and software application with very short span of time.
Inspection:

I was team leader of industrial services of IRS in their Kochi office reporting to Head Industrial Department at Head Office and surveyor in charge of Kochi office. I have handled a group of people to achieve the quality objectives of projects undertaken. Responsible for Implementation of quality procedures, timely flow of engineering documents, progress reports to customers and concerned departments. Also I was responsible for interacting with customers to understand the project requirements and criticalities and developing procedure to ensure the compliance with project requirements.

3. I was in SAIL Steel Plant at Bhilai and Jindal Steel Mill, Raigarh for steel plates online inspection. It was training for me and exposure to casting and steel making process and scope of work is offline steel inspection of rolled plates and other products..
Shutdown Works:
I had carried out inspection and testing of various equipments and related piping during annual shut down at plants of M/s Bayer Crop science and M/s Bayer Rubber Products at Kolshet, Thane. I was reporting to my senior officer and responsible for supervising the repair works carried out during maintenance and witnessing of NDT and pressure testing, condition assessing and certification of equipments for operation
