    Précis: The Instrument is designed to calculate the viscosity of the fluid inside the tube using the principle of Hagen-poiseille’s Law.

    Title: Configuration of Sales and Distribution Organization Structure
    Organization: IDOSAP, Bangalore
    Précis: Configuration of Sales and Distribution Organization Structures Module using SAP for the IDS Project with reference to Sales and Distribution in the Manufacturing Industry.

    Title: CONNECT -Online Web Based Portal for Tracking Toyota Dealers Service Employees Details
    Organization: Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd.
    Précis: Configuration of Manpower Tracker Module uses Java Script in order to refer to the online tracking of Dealer Service Manpower and HR Records across Toyota Dealership.

    Title: Enhance Market Share by Improving Customer Retention at Dealership
    Organization: Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd.
    Précis: The focus is to improve the Customer Retention by data interpretation and analysis of the Service Units versus the Sales of the different Toyota Models launched in India. The motive was also to find the Customer Retention of each model to achieve business from the dealers through Customer Satisfaction.

    Title: Implementation of CONNECT Portal across all Toyota Dealers and New dealers.
    Organization: Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd.
    Précis: CONNECT is a Web based application aimed at enhancing the communication between the dealers and TKM. The main objectives of CONNECT are Automation of Warranty Process, Automation of Technical Reporting by the dealer, Automation of Service parts ordering, Establish direct connectivity between the dealer and the TKM and achieve paperless transactions.

    Title: Implementation of Free Maintenance Service Coupons based on Claims by service dealers
    Organization: Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd.
    Précis: Earlier the Free Service Labour charges was included in the dealer margin and vehicles were sold to the dealers from the company. But the dealers were making profits since the number of customers coming for free service were limited. Now in revised process the dealers would get their amount based on the claims made to the company only for the number of vehicles they had done the free serviced through Automated System.
