The main objectives of CONNECT are Automation of Warranty Process, Automation of Technical Reporting by the dealer, Automation of Service parts ordering, Establish direct connectivity between the dealer and the TKM and achieve paperless transactions.
Title: Implementation of Free Maintenance Service Coupons based on Claims by service dealers

Précis: Earlier the Free Service Labour charges was included in the dealer margin and vehicles were sold to the dealers from the company. But the dealers were making profits since the number of customers coming for free service were limited. Now in revised process the dealers would get their amount based on the claims made to the company only for the number of vehicles they had done the free serviced through Automated System.
