ĉ Calculate Voltage Drop of cables based on site conditions and wiring method used and type of cable.
ĉ Calculate the size of capacitor needed to improve the power factor of the electrical system.
ĉ Design and arrange lighting fixtures as per required illumination level using Pro-Lite software.
ĉ Coordinate with the Architectural designers ensuring the standards needed for electrical installations.
ĉ Coordinate to the clients, consultants, sub-contractors, etc. For some changes and/or revisions.
ĉ Very good drafting skills and speed.
ĉ Manage projects and carrying out site observations. Coordinate other services such as HVAC, Plumping & Fire Fighting. Designing and creating schematic diagrams for Electrical, fire alarm & fire fighting (Isometric View).
ĉ Studying sketches and instructions, design and plan layout and content of drawings.
ĉ Implementing changes to the drawings and propose designs.
ĉ Check the compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements; checking compliance with supplier instructions.
ĉ Assist with consent processes. Coordinate with structural and mechanical engineers, and quantity surveyors. Managing all submittals and update details of drawing as per ISO Policy.
