Job Summary:
Originally with a background of Mechanical engineering at present working as a Planning engineer with esteemed multinational EPC companies in construction, production and maintenance of oil and gas projects, using my expertise and the software’s Primavera 3., Primavera 6 & MS. Project.
Proficiency:
Preparing and maintaining detail progressive schedule (L3, L4, and L5) for the “Maintenance jobs” of all discipline based on the Project work requests and loading the budgeted resources using Microsoft Project.
Preparing and maintaining detail schedule (L3) for the “Vessel fabrication jobs” and loading the budgeted resources using Primavera 6.
Preparing and maintaining detail schedule (L6) for the “Construction Works” of all discipline and loading the budgeted resources using Primavera 3.
Establishing Histograms and conducting critical path analysis.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Monitoring and updating the schedule on a regular basis.
Preparing performance reports.
Estimating the resources for the jobs performed.
Preparation of Change orders and variation orders.
Preparing budget breakdown from bid, for the vessel fabrication jobs after the project has been awarded.
Carrying out analysis in various fields of work to achieve better performance.
Coordinating between different departments.
Creating and maintaining various databases.
Special Interests:
3d Modeling, Analysis, 2D animation of working linkages and 3D Simulation of Mechanical parts using Catia.
Development of Robotics, which will help to look at the world in new prospective with its implementation.
Projects (bachelors Of Engineering):
Design of Hydraulic Metal Cutting machine using CATIA (Design Contained 3D- modeling, 2D- simulation and Analysis).
Design and Fabrication of “Army Robo” which was a remote controlled prototype robot. It consisted of a camera and thermal detection sensor. Equiped with machine gun holders and a grenade launcher to carry out combat missions. “Army Robo” would signal the base incase of enemy intrusion and is a very effective device to ambush the potential enemies and border patrol.
