Role: machine design engineer – design and drawings in different projects for the company main clients in manufacture machine industry.
Engineering and CAD tools: PROE WF; NX4,5; Solid Works 2006.
06.11.2007 – 25.04.2008 – Devotek Kongsberg AS. - Norway
Role: senior design engineer – design and calculations for different projects run from the company:
· Modelling the layout for 7 speeds GM gearbox. The main challenge for this task was that all gears from new designed layout must fit in the same space like one for the old 5-speed GM gearbox. Tool used PROE.
· Design, calculations, and drawings for servo RWS test rig. This was the principal task in employment period and consists in designing one new test rig for new LITE RWS starting from other existing constructions/projects. I use Solid Works for this task and the construction was made using aluminium frame profiles and mobile shaft units to connect to the RWS. Some calculations for verification of the torque load and friction retaining force were done. Also design of moveable table bench and hydraulic elements on the RIG. At the end 2D drawings and Teamcenter storage of data and manufacturing orders (.xls).
· Design an assembly-mounting tool for inserting the seal inside GSA in Toyota project and study the oil leak phenomena and provenience and propose solutions to solve the problem. Write the new mounting procedure and testing procedure on static salt spray water penetration Test Rig. Tool used PROE WF2 and Adobe.
01.03.2007 – 01.09.2007 – Sintech Engineering Bologna - Italy like
- Project contract collaboration design engineer for Audi NASCAR team at Fondtech Engineering Italy (client of Sintech).
Here I design parts of car scaled model for wind tunnel testing and engineering for parts of the car (stereolitography, carbon fibbers and metal parts).
I work in principal with surfaces techniques: repairing imported surfaces, reverse engineering design new parts starting from existing scan geometry parts, parametric and non parametric modelling techniques, skeleton technique for front suspension cinematic study, design parts for rapid prototyping, drawings, production tools for carbon fibber parts, etc.

PROE WF2.
01.10.2005 – 01.02.2007 - SC Draexlmaier Automotive SA - Timisoara like
- testing station design engineer - design of adaptors for testing electric cables and connectors in automotive (BMW, WW Audi, DC, GM)
I use Solid Edge 12-17 CAD tool for conceptual and constructive design of testing devices.
I use sensors to prove the existence of some components of connector, the position of locking system, the colour, coding, pneumatic tests for sealing of connectors, etc… Intensive use of SAP.
I also design a library of components (connectors) using part family and parametric template to generate all coded connectors of one type (GM).
Also done some devices for cable production process.

Design metal tools and moulds for plastic injection parts in PROE Wild Fire V2 (with mould extension EMX4) for automotive industry (Valeo and Dacia-Renault Pitesti).
Modules in PROE WF2 used: Plastic Advisor (optimise gate location, draft angle, thickness, flow of plastic material, venting hole location), Mould design, Mould Extension v4, surfaces repairing techniques, draft and cooling analyses, sheet metal …
Also done tools for metal punching and bending (Frigoglass client), verification and assembly devices for production’s necessity.
Other CAD tools used: ACAD MD for punching tools and CIMATRON v.6 for injection moulds.

Here I work at Moulds Division designing blowing and injection moulds for PET bottles with Unigraphics 17,18, NX CAD tool. I work in principal with design (CAD) module, but also with CAM (for obtain NC program for manufacturing process of PET mould cavity) and CAE motion simulation (design new opening mould sistem and kinematics calculation for PET preform injection press mechanism).
I am familiar with: Drafting, Assemblies, Motion, Routing, Sheet Metal, modules from Unigraphics.
I’m able also to work with: WAVE link, Reference Sets, Representations, Filters, Spreadsheet, Attribute, Part Families, techniques of Unigraphics etc.
I have done 1 month of training in design of PET blowing moulds in Italy and 2 months for training: “PLM” for “UG NX” in the period of dec 2003 and ian-feb 2004.
