Chief maintenance activity for coke unit ,sulphur recovery unit
[static and dinamic equipment] -
Diagnoze mechanical faults and decide scope of work and priority level for work order in PLANT.ISSUE,FOLLOW maintenance work order
Verify services/materials order within frame contract, estimate man-hours ,establish performance criteria and target dates, overall time sheet ,list of used materials by contractor assure spare parts for static and dinamic equipment,coordinating contractors in job area,/interface between in instrumentation,electrical,mechanical and process department,
Service registration,maintenance strategy planing and scheduling repaireds,check out static and rotating equipment plant,use -failure modes and effects analysis / root cause failure analysis for update reliability centered maintenance and risk assessment,implemented new procedure in field. Preparation of specifications and data sheet for rotating/static equipments packages,selection of a type rotating/static equipment for stated process duties,handling engineering design and detailed engineering design projects,coordinating/managing overhaull contractors in area,building and administration maintenance budget, management maintenance/project resources, ,require and approve new projects for job area,check and approve all contracts,check bid documents submitted,tehnico-comercial offers from procurement,issue work order to procurement for equipment,materials –assure technical support for procurement department / VENDOR ,assistance for new projects -feed [revamp coke and sulphur recovery with abb-germany ,worley parson -uk ] condition assessment equipment,HAZOP ,HAZIP And Other Risk Assessment Reports
Special for fraction and gase absortion unit-assure maintenance and preventive maintenance for two reciprocating compressors with 3 pistons for stage [diagnoze troubleshoting and repaired supervision for all problems appeared to compressors and for auxiliary sistem [ cooling, oil].Started ,shut down,restarted ,allignement,replacement spare parts for compressors tip c211/ro like bush bearings ,cylinder LINERS,SHAFTS, pistons with equipment lee cook manley-piston ring,rider ring ,main and secondary packing ring set,oil wiper ring set and suction.Discharge valve ,rebuild kit for stage one and stage two,coke unit - erection water tank[project manager] , other epc projects in field ,pre-commisionning& commissionning effectively work PID ,PFD,adherence management of change .Experience in operation/design of high h2s / sour gas content facilities[sulphur recovery plant] with stringent requirements of hse-checks plot plans ,fire and gas detector layout drawing,participate for emission and noise requirements fire & explosion assessment,
