- February 2009 until the end of September 2009 - “AMERCOM” Company, Scovorodino, Amur District, Russian Federation, as Deputy Manager my duties were : Daily scheduling of the works./ Supervision of works according to the drawings, standards, specifications and regulations./ Making requisitions for materials, labor force and equipment. /Making monthly schedules and finance plans. /Valuation of the works. /Keeping site documentation. /Correspondence with Clients and Inspectors. /Taking care that Contract is going on conform as the Contract Documents. /Time keeping, keeping the site documents. / Making pay lists for the labors and foremen. /Setting out of structural elements on the site. /Marking position and levels. /Making the Scope of the works./ Estimating. /Dealing with Changes of Orders. /Making monthly plans. /Taking care to complete the works in time.
Objective: A terminal for pouring of oil in rail-road wagons. Dead-end September 2009, completed in time.
- March 2008 - January 2009: - ” Bitea Construct ” Bucharest, a Romanian company, as Maintenance and Construction Supervisor , I was responsible for on site supervision of the project, plant modifications and also maintenance activities in the existing facilities to ensure the activities are executed as per the work scope and in adherence to the HSE standards. As M&C Supervisor I was requested to provide supervisory assistance to major projects under the control of the Companies projects department. For the preparation of the daily activities I keep close contact with the contractor and maintenance staff involved in the construction activities. After completion of works I ensured that all relevant documentation (e.G. P&ID, PFD, E&I drawings, etc) it was updated. In the preparation phase of new projects I provided input to the work scope and planning of the activity and prepared material requisitions.
My main duties and responsibilities:
•I supervised all maintenance and construction activities in concessions C96 and C97;
•I’ve ensured that activities are completed as per the agreed work scope and required modifications are identified in a timely manner, and I controlled changes in work scope closely with regards to additional cost and effects;
•I ensured construction activities conform to international standards: ASME and API;
•I’ve liaised with on site Third Party Inspection for co-ordination of NDT/ Inspection requirements;
•I ensured that activities are conducted and completed in accordance to the companies HSE policies;
•I maintained daily activity logs for projects and issued a close out statement after completion;
•I prepared Work Permits as required for each activity as per the Permit to Work system;

- May 2005 - March 2008: “New Era Development” & ”PRESTRAD” Timisoara, a joint-venture between two construction companies . Construction of 3 residential building at St. Kliment in Belgrade, Serbia as Site Manager from May 2005 to July 2006. Duties : Inspection and supervising of construction : Excavations, formworks, reinforcements, concrete casting , Masonry and finishing works /Quality control /Review of drawings / Review of valuation of jobs /Consulting /Schedule and planning /Correspondence with Clients and Inspectors / Making reports.
Objectives: One, 3 floors, 1500 m2, residential building, with garages on basement (before excavation, we had to secure foundations on surrounding buildings) and two P+2 floors, residential buildings, in St. Kliment, Belgrade. The second project was stopped due to the budget problems
From, August 2006 to March 2008 in Accra, Ghana, Construction of houses in Airport Area, Accra, Ghana as Project Manager. - March 2004 - February 2005 - “ROKLER” Moscow, a Russian company, Construction of Shopping Center at Prospect of Kutuzov in Moscow, Russian Federation as Site Manager.
Shopping Center has 65000 m2. First 3 months I was responsible for finishing works at the whole center. Next 3 months I was responsible for “Globus Gourmet” supermarket, inside that center, with surface about 4500 m2. We finished 800 m2 steel structure of floor, with necessary stairs, separations, toilets, stores, technical chambers and selling points, in 3 months.
After that I was transferred as a Project Manager to the construction of Horse Training Building in Moscow, but there was no issued yet the Permit for Construction, so I returned in Romania. ROKLER is medium company registered in Moscow who builds shopping centers, business and residential buildings in Moscow
And St. Petersburg.
January 2002 - February 2004: “J&P Overseas Ltd.” in Libya, as Project Engineer, from January 2002 to December 2002, in various locations. First 2 months, in Dahra, Libya, I was responsible for civil works during the construction of the liquid recovery plant; after that, 4 months, in Ras-Lanuf, Libya, I repaired the columns and sleepers at the pipeline in “RASKO” Refinery, repaired the infrastructure around the storage-house and repainted the dining-hall and bakery in same location. Next objectives were: one hotel reconstruction in
” RASKO” housing and a bus-garage construction, in “WAHA” terminal. I was responsible also, for pipe laying of water injection, on the “REPSOL“ oil field and for last months of my contract, I’ve participated at Gudwa-Murzuk highway construction. In December 2002, I’ve returned home for one month, holiday.
From January 2003 to February 2004, construction of two water tanks and 4 km pipeline in Bisher, Libya as Project Engineer,. Duties: I was setting out structural elements with total station “SOKKIA” and level for 4500 m3 and 800 m3 water tanks and 4 km pipeline. J&P is Cypriot International Company working in Britain, Greece, Cyprus, Libya, Gulf, Pakistan and India. In Libya build oil facilities, roads, housings and work maintenance for oil facilities. After one year I finished the contract and returned home.
- June 1998 - November 2001: “KOMGRAP” Company. From June 1998 to September 1999, construction of “SBERBANK” Office and three floors villa in Moscow, as Chief Engineer. We built 9000 m2 bank offices at Taganka, Moscow, as Subcontractor of “BESIX”, Belgium Company. We were responsible for earthworks, formworks, steel fixing works and concrete works. Also we built 1500 m2, 3 floor villa. I was responsible for internal works (finishing works) on the construction of 1500 m2, Press Center Villa in Kuncevo, Moscow district. For my contract last 3 months I worked as Quantity Surveyor and Estimator at “KOMGRAP” Representative Office in Moscow. My duties were: preparing the bids, preparing Contract documents, estimating the prices of works, review of plans and drawings, preparing of building technology elaborates for the sites, reviewing documents for future Contracts and preparing data for estimators.
From October 1999 to November 2001, House construction, in Ledine, Belgrade. As Civil Inspector, I was responsible for residential buildings construction, total surface 5000 m2, for inspection and supervising construction works: excavations and earthworks, carpentry and formworks, iron and reinforcements, concrete casting, masonry and finishing works; Review of the jobs valuation; Consulting; Schedule and planning; Correspondence with Clients and Inspectors; Making the necessary reports.
KOMGRAP is a Serbian construction company, with objectives in Romania, Serbia, ex-Soviet Union, Germany, Libya and Sao Tome and Principe.
- September 1996 - April 1998: ’’Danya Cebus’’ Africa-Israel Ltd & Constructim SA, Civil Engineer in Beer Sheba, Raan Ana & Kfar Sava. I’ve worked as : - Site Foreman at ’’Central Park Construction Site’’ in Raan Ana, for five buildings , P+4 floors, just structure; - Site Foreman
At ’’Sun Flower Residential Construction Site’’ in Kfar Sava, for six P+5 residential buildings , structure ( iron-works, carpentry, concrete cast and masonry) & finishing-works (plaster, color, gyps-carton, window-blinds, balata, grit-stone & faience, fittings & electrics and so one); - Team Foreman for several Romanian construction teams in Beer Sheba. We built a P+1 Shopping Mall in Beer Sheba, structure (iron-works, carpentry, concrete cast and masonry) & finishing-works (plaster, color, gyps-carton, window-blinds, balata, grit-stone, faience and sanitary installations)

- July 1995 - August 1996: GP ”RAD” Construction Company, From July 1995 to November 1995 with GP”RAD”, I was involved for five months, in Project “Kosovo”, as Civil Engineer. We built 5000 m2 village for refugees in Suva Reka, 3500 m2 village for refugees in Babaloc, 2000 m2 village for refugees in Junik, and resident house for the Department of Justice in Dragas - All places at Kosovo.
From November 1995 to August 1996: I participated to Novokuzneck Tax Inspection Building construction in Siberia, East-Russia as Site Engineer .We built 1500 m2 business building and 1000 m2 residential houses with necessary infrastructure, for Novokuzneck Tax Control Department. There was a lot of problems with underground water. First we had to secure foundations of surrounding buildings. We completed the works. GP”RAD” is a international construction company, leading more than 7000 labors, with objectives in Iraq, Russia, Libya and Jordan.
- August 1994 - June 1995: ”Euroconstruct ” Romania , Euro-Prefabricate Pre-cast Concrete Factory in Timisoara, as Production Engineer. Duties: Reviewing the plans and drawings; Supervision of the works according to the drawings, standards, specifications and regulations. - Making requisitions for materials, labor force and equipment; Making weekly schedules of casting; Valuation of the works; Keeping factory documentation; Assisting to a Factory Manager.
I was responsible for a production of pre-cast concrete elements in “Balansy” system for residential housing, and pre-cast structural elements for industry buildings. Projects were: Shopping Mall in Bucharest, housing in Trgovacka, Krick-Pasta Factory in Vranjska Banja , housing in 54 and 34 Block in Arad, Football Stadium in Budapest. Nestle-Joe Factory in Timisoara, Daewoo Factory in Craiova.
