In 2000 I established JBay Billings CC T/A Lambrou Brokerage which is a registered property brokerage and estate agency in the Republic of South Africa that is operated by me and my wife Stienie Lambrou. We have an average of 16 years experience each in the property industry.
The company Lambrou Brokerage has been in operation since 2000 and was established in the Kouga area of the Eastern Cape, South Africa when I identified the potential property boom specifically of the areas of Jeffreys Bay, Aston Bay and Paradise Beach (75km from Port Elizabeth).
Through our personalised service we have assisted many grateful clients through the usually arduous process of departmental requirements and have saved them valuable time by getting the job done.

I negotiated the sale for the sellers and acquisition for the buyers of the above property which is to be developed into a residential estate. Negotiations took place between private sellers and buyers and the Kouga Municipality. The negotiations are still in progress.
