i begun to work at sonatach company since 1989 until now.
activities:
i work with team of technician and ingeniers instrumentists at sonatrach company in south of algeria in hassi messaoud.
Our activities consist to perform preventive,corrective and troubleshooting maintenance and of all testing of all instrument process monitoring,contol protective equipment.
We perform preventive,corrective and diagnostic maintenance on the process control systems and control loops.
We remove,dismantle,overhaul/repair and install electric,pneumatic,electronic or hydraulic control system such as control valves and actuators,recorders,measuring and recording instruments in the field or the workshop.
We perform preventive and emergency maintenance on all equipment on the site,as well as during machine schudeled or unschudeled shutdowns
We perform modification of control circuits and/or control loops as per the plant change requests and update all related plant drawings to reflect the actuel changes.
We assist other sections such as electrical,mecanical and workshop in the pair and troubleshooting of their instrument and electronic related systems and test equipment.
We troubleshoot,repair,calibrate and test various types of process control instruments and relay logic,which include pneumatic,electrical and electronic instruments.
We perform upgrade and retrofitting of new control instruments to the exitingpanels in the field and main room.
We comply with all company health,safety and environment as well as work permit,policies and procedures.
We calibrate all equipments such as transmitters valves and verify all control instrument .

our challenges are to maintain the majority of instruments in an efficient and reliable condition,taking the age and the adolescence of the plant equipment. |
