    Director/teaching:
    - Plans, develops, and administers educational program .
    - Confers with administrative personnel to decide scope of program to be offered.
    - Prepares schedules of classes and rough drafts of course content to determine number and background of instructors needed.
    - Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates work performance of education department staff.
    - Contacts and arranges for services of guest lecturers from academic institutions, industry, and other establishments to augment education staff members in presentation of classes.
    - Assists instructors in preparation of course descriptions and informational materials for publicity or distribution to class members.
    - Prepares budget for education programs and directs maintenance of records of expenditures, receipts, and public and school participation in programs.
    - Speak before school and community groups .
    - May also coordinate institution educational activities with those of other area organizations to maximize utilization of resource
    - Created trusting atmosphere through sensitivity to student’s strengths,weaknesses,and personal learning styles.

    * A Proven Leader,by cultivating and nourishing a Business Venture and have a proven track record for increasing sales volumes, market share and margin and have trained many sales people to cultivate and target new customers and territories.
    * Twelve years of managerial and ownership experience in the Dry Cleaning Industry, including : a ) Financial oversight and budgeting . B ) Developing and maintaining customer and personal relations. C ) Manpower, equipment and facility coordination and maintenance . D ) Troubleshooting and resolving operational and training problems. E ) Demonstrated ability to increasing productivity and capacity.
    * Raised seed capital to develop a start-up Dry Cleaning business with one plant route. Grew operations within three years to acquire two retail routes in 1993 and five retail stores front in 1995. Responsible for day to day management of both facilities. Actively involved in all aspects of successful business operations including: marketing, advertising, and public relations; financial management; operations and inventory control; personnel hiring, training and management; and all associated aspects of administrative detail.
    * Over see operations of the coin laundry and dry cleaning plant. Managed a staff of 25+ employees. Responsible for sales, customer service, inventory control, payroll, equipment maintenance, and problem solving Increased sales volume and profitability by over 20% in first year of ownership through effective management and financial controls.
    * As an Apartment Manager helps in preserving and increasing the value of the real estate investments. I manage the day-to-day financial operations of the property, including finding and placing qualified tenants, and ensure the property is in good working order.
    * As a Business Broker represent both buyers and sellers in the sale of business opportunities and commercial properties such as gas stations, restaurants, motels, spas, liquors/grocery stores, bars/nightclubs, and mail centers. As business brokers, we prospect for new business, perform market research, negotiate deals, and manage our sales transactions .
