1. Presently working as a Medical Laboratory Technician in the Ministry of Health, Sultanate of Oman.
2. Worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician in Udayagiri Multispeciality Hospital, Changanassery, Kerala, India from 01-02-1996 to 31-08-2000.
3. Completed six months of Internship at St.Thomas Mission Hospital, Kattanam, Kerala from 01-08-1995 to 31-01-1996.
Presently working in various departments of the Laboratory, Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Clinical Pathology.
Having rich experience in handling various automated instruments like.
a) Hematology – Coulter T 540, Act Diff 2, Sysmex and Cell Dyn 3700
b) Biochemistry – Beckman Coulter Synchron CX5, Hitachi 902, Express 550.
c) Blood Banking – Adequate experience in using Dia Med – ID Micro typing system and other routine test usually done.
d) Serology - Have experience in using IMX Systems from Abbott Diagnostics, which is a fully automated immunoassay analyzer for assays using Enzyme Immunoassay and fluorescence polarization Immunoassay technologies.
e) Microbiology - Can confidently handle this section from the basics of preparing of stains, culture medias, inoculation of specimens ,isolation and identification of isolates using API 20E, API 20NE.
