- Small wares purchasing, tracking and monthly inventory.
- Preparation, implementation and execution of marketing plans utilizing all media
outlets (print, radio, television.)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Safety/hygiene implementation, training and follow-up.
- Researching, organizing and presentation of material for meetings.
- The design and implementation of controllable tracking systems.
- Liquor purchasing, costing and monthly inventory controls.
