Currently working as a site manager in Madagascar in one of the biggest nickel mines of the island, I am leading two camps of 1500 daily workers. I am actually looking for a position of Hotel Manager or Operational Manager
As mentioned in my C.V., I have been working over the last 13 years in Hotel business and catering. My experience as a Hotel Manager allowed me to acquire and improve the skills linked with this function.
My adaptability and my curiosity helped me to adapt myself to various kinds of environments, including social, cultural and linguistic aspects. Five years of Hotel Managing in Indonesia offered me the opportunity of developing my relationship with local staff and the fact of having learnt the Indonesian language definitely eased my integration.
The customer’s satisfaction combined with the achievement of assigned targets has always been my priority, but I never forget the economical interest of the company. Reducing costs does not mean sacrificing the quality and the level of service to me. This is a challenge I am ready to take up.
